Morning Broker Prelicensing-EGL

This course consists of instruction in basic real estate principles and practices, including real estate law, financing, brokerage, closing, valuation, management, taxation and mathematics. Satisfactory completion of the Broker Prelicensing course will qualify the student to take the state licensing exam and obtain a Broker License on Provisional status. Hours: 75
