This is the first step to a career in Real Estate. The 75 hour class is required for everyone wanting a real estate license in N.C. After completion, applicants must then pass the N.C. state test to become licensed as Provisional Brokers. This is followed by the 3 - 30 hour Post License courses.

Morning Prelicensing Course-March 1, 2010

The "Selected Topics" Postlicensing Course that was to start Feb. 6th has been rescheduled. It will now start Feb.13th(same time). 

North Carolina is a "Broker Only" state, requiring that everyone be a full broker. After first completing the 75 hour Prelicense course and passing the N.C. state test, licensees become Provisional Brokers. They must then take 3 - 30 hour course within 3 years to become a full Broker.
